Job Description
- Customer service : Providing a great shopping (buying / selling) experience, listening to customer feedback, and acting on it
Product knowledge : Being passionate about secondhand products and having confident conversations with customers
Sales : Working independently to do daily store opening and closing, grow sales and store targets
Stock management : Maintaining stock record accuracy and being prepared for stock control routines
Others : Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company
