Responsibilities :
Lead the Testing Vision :
Design and implement robust testing strategies and plans aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
Inspire and Guide a High-Performing Team :
Coach, mentor, and lead a dedicated QA team to ensure growth, motivation, and high-quality execution.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally :
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align business needs with technical delivery.
Ensure Flawless Execution :
Oversee the execution of manual and automated test cases, ensuring each release is stable, secure, and ready for production.
Own Defect Management :
Ensure clear and detailed defect reporting and collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
Drive Test Automation :
Lead automation initiatives to accelerate delivery cycles and improve test coverage.
Communicate with Clarity :
Provide stakeholders with transparent reports on test progress, quality metrics, and release readiness.
Promote Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and team practices to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of QA tools and processes, particularly within Agile environments.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
A mindset focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.
