The Role

  • Join an organization committed to excellence in customer service by leveraging people, processes, and technology. seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee Infrastructure & Network Technology initiatives.
  • This role involves managing specific projects or multiple projects while ensuring seamless execution. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and facilitation skills are essential for success.

Ideal Profile

Job Experience Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Korean language (TOPIK Level 4 or 5 preferred) – ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • 7+ years of experience as a technology-focused Project Manager handling diverse infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and RIP.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale IT projects efficiently.
  • Strong background in IT service delivery and support, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems.

    • Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including :

  • Network technologies (LAN, WAN, WiFi)
  • Video & Collaboration tools
  • SaaS applications and WebEx
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex IT issues

    • Relevant industry certifications (highly desirable) :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively.
