About the role
n the role of a Service Sales Executive, the focus is on achieving optimal Renewal and Service Sales Performance. This entails effectively converting renewal leads into purchase orders or service sales, with the goal of meeting or exceeding the vendor's purchase order value and reaching the services target. This achievement encompasses securing early or on-time renewals.
This role will report to Team Lead Channel Sales.
As the Service Sales Executive, you will :
1. Sales Roles
Contacting resellers + end customer for
maintenance
services renewal leads before
expiry
Quality renewal leads / opportunities via weekly pipeline reports submission
Follow up on renewal leads / opportunities and queries / issue resolution pertaining to service- related
Inform product sales team to contact customer for relevant hardware refresh / trade-up when renewal service is not option preferred customer
Provide Price Quotations to resellers or end customer(the latter is per request)
Prepare weekly pipeline review and reporting for service manager for each product line
2. Administrative
Update and maintain maintenance database and its
integrity
Check on service entitlement when arises
Process and prepare maintenance contact in GPS contract module system
Proper filing and easy retrieval of service contract
3. Post- Sales Support Role
Validate and process RMA and request for customer and resellers for those that are valid and follow through to closure of return of replacement / repaired units to customer and faulty units to vendor
File all RMA case records in central filing and update contract and maintenance database for changes inventory records.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you
The ideal Service Sales Executive :
Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience in service and reseller sales
Hold a degree or diploma in Business, Mass Communications, or an equivalent field.
Skills Required :
Possess robust communication and interpersonal abilities,
Exhibit high motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently
