Develop good relationship with customers to understand their needs and requirement through email and phone calls
Work out costings for new enquiries / tender / e-bidding / new projects and maintain the records for future reference
Arrange samples and documentations for customer evaluation on new product developments
Provide customers forecast requirement to purchaser for pricing updates, stock planning, stock allocation, lead time management
Liaise with cross-functional teams to handle customer complaints, to follow up on investigation reports and to coordinate for approval to close all complaints within timeline
Develop best practices in client interaction, sales and after sales support for each customer on existing business and new projects for market expansion
Updates pipeline projects for report submission to principals and suppliers
Follow up closely on all quotation for order confirmation and to share price movements and other supply situation to customers when necessary
Connecting customers with overseas manufacturers on market requirement, regulatory issues, product registration and documentation support
Liaise with legal team to close the gap on sales contracts, compliance agreement and confidential documents
Support customers enquiries on Halal documentation, questionnaire, MSDS, Stability data, regulatory updates
Work closely with commercial team and supply chain to meet customers’ expectations
