The Challenges

Operational Review : Examine existing operations, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Problem Identification : Analyze operational issues and problems, delving into their root causes and impacts on the organization.
Corrective Action Plans : Develop comprehensive corrective action plans that address identified issues, outlining specific steps to improve operational efficiency.
Management Presentation : Present findings and recommendations to the management team, communicating complex information clearly and persuasively to gain buy-in for changes.
Implementation Support : Collaborate with internal teams to implement approved changes, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
Performance Monitoring : Track and measure the impact of changes, generating reports that highlight improvements and remaining challenges. Provide insights to guide ongoing operational improvements.

What It Takes

A degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an operational analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing data to review processes, identify issues, and develop actionable plans.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations effectively.

Experience collaborating with internal teams and management to drive change.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
