What It Takes
A degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an operational analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing data to review processes, identify issues, and develop actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations effectively.
Experience collaborating with internal teams and management to drive change.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
