Requirements
Who We’re Looking For :
Experience : 1–3 years in digital marketing or advertising. Agency or in-house brand experience preferred.
Skills : Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Language : Fluent in English, with strong writing and communication skills.
Knowledge : Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, content strategies, and performance metrics.
Education : Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Personality : Creative, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do :
Execute Digital Campaigns : Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
Content & Copy : Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and digital assets that drive results.
Ad Management : Optimise paid advertising campaigns to meet performance goals (CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting : Track campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Engagement : Manage brand presence on social media and build community engagement.
Market Trends : Keep up with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates to stay ahead.
