Requirements
- Possess a Certificate in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (Seri Kembangan based).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new social media marketing strategies and platforms.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
- There are 3 shifts available : 12AM-8AM, 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM
Responsibilities
Answer incoming chats and respond to customer inquiries.Provide information about products and services.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Identify and escalate priority issues.Follow up customer chats where necessary.Document all chat information according to standard operating procedures.Complete chat logs and reports.Produce chat summaries (As Required).Provide quality customer service.Benefits
