Liaise with agent, purchaser, solicitor, agent and bankers on the correspondences on Sale and Purchase / Loan documentations.
To ensure smooth operations in credit control function such as consent application, loan documentation, billing, collection and delivery of vacant possession.
To ensure all correspondence from purchasers and solicitors being attended promptly and all payment due are dully collected.
To attend to TNB, ASSB, IWK, assessment change of ownership and property management charges.
To attend Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), auction, refinance & subsale cases.
To follow up on all reminders and termination notice as per credit guideline.
To update all the data into system and deliver accurate report on time.
To deliver quality services to meet customer need.
To complete all task as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Property Development / Real Estate Management.
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executives specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
