JobDescriptions :

  • Responsible for thedaily branch operations management and branch sales revenues,profitability and branch KPIs.
  • Ensure centralcontrol system and standardize branch operations are maintain atall times.
  • Oversee, coordinate and assist SalesManager in controlling the work of the sales personnel and ensurethe achievement of sales targets and objectives which may consistof one or several places within a specified geographicdistrict.
  • Analyze Branch salesrevenues, profitability, expenditures, AR and collections, manpowerdevelopment and to put in place actions plan for Branch’s staff toexecute accordingly.
  • Conduct monthly BranchOperations Meeting with the sales, service and administrative staffto be completed with meeting minutes documented and submit to BODfor record and analysis.
  • Responsible for theoverall administration of branch affairs from work processes tostaff relations to ensure work ethics, team work, responsibilityand cooperation.
  • Ensure and monitor all branchstaff comply with all ISO procedures and processes, and work inliaison with ISO / internal control auditors’ to improve Branchprocesses.
  • Ensure and monitor all Branch staffadhere to the rules and authorization compliancy and support / assistHOD on risk management and crisis management whenrequired.
  • Oversees the technical operations andensure efficiency of service and repairs. Maintain close liaisonwith technical manager / supervisorwith regards  technical problems and  ensure they are  attended to promptly  and efficiently.
  • Ensureand monitor all Branch’s service personnel to complete at leastexpert level in the outward e-learning program and motivate them toachieve Master level.
  • Ensure and monitor theprogress of CRSC installation of the new and existing MIF and theutilization of CSRC as diagnostic tools for the service supervisorand technical officer
  • Ensure allsolutions, IT services, CSRC and networking are fully supported bythe regional BSE / branch’s BSSSO, and to maintain summary records oftheir activities.
  • Ensure that all PPcustomers are fully supported by the post-sales team with urgencyand maintain sound working relationship with customers and PPusers.
  • Identify and coach potentialstaff for career advancement as part of our human resourcedevelopment plan.
  • Ensure reports areappropriately updated and submitted ontime.
  • Meet and promote good businessrelationship with Branch top customeraccounts.

JobRequirement :

  • Candidate should possessa Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in AllBusiness Field,Business Studies / Administration / Management,Marketing
  • Preferably at least 3years of related working experience.
  • PreferablyExecutive specializing in Management orequivalent.
  • Good communication skills inEnglish,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken andwritten
