Penerangan pekerjaanGreet customers in a polite and friendly manner Operate the cash register and handle all types of payments (cash, e-wallets, credit / debit cards) Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter Assist in packing items and bagging groceries Monitor stock levels at the cashier area (e.g. plastic bags, receipt rolls) Answer basic customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff Support restocking, shelf arrangement, and price tagging when needed Follow store policies and procedures on security, safety, and cash handling KWSP SOCSO Medical claim included Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior cashier experience is an advantage but not required
