Requirements

  • Diploma in Photography, Videography, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including lighting and composition.
  • Strong creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment based in Seri Kembangan.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired visual style.
  • Set up and manage lighting equipment to create optimal conditions for photoshoots and video recordings.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and organize a digital library of all captured photos and videos, ensuring easy access for internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots, including scouting locations, coordinating with models, and managing equipment.
  • Ensure all photography and videography equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts for visual content that will engage and resonate with the target audience.
