Penerangan pekerjaanProvide comprehensive assessment of nutritional needs and student and customer lifestyle in order to develop care plans to address nutritional needs. To attend meetings to provide nutrition input regarding management for students / customers including discharge planning and ongoing management. Be compliant with all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines; including the appropriate code(s) of conduct associated with this post; maintain awareness of safeguarding issues, report and acting on concerns in accordance with Everyone Health and Local Authority policies and procedures. Collaborate with Operation Managers / Corporate Chef / colleagues to develop and have some responsibility for an expanding portfolio of services and products. To produce detailed, accurate, nutrition facts, allergy, and value plan. To monitor all the allergy students and customers and liaise with kitchen staff to give full monitoring. Adheres to all health sanitation and food safety rules and regulation and make sure all staff adheres to these. Anticipated possible and probable hazards and conditions and either correct them or take action to prevent them from happening. Complete JOD will be given upon successful interview session. Requirements
- Have experience working as a Nutritionist or any relevant field is preferred
- Have a Bachelor in Food Nutrition or Dietitian or any other relevant field is preferred
- Able to communicate and write in Malay and English well
- Efficient Time management Skills to handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work at other outlets when necessary
- Willing to work overtime when necessary
- Fresh graduates are welcome
