Responsibilities
External – Client Servicing :Solid understanding on the basics of interactive marketingHandle general account service and team administrationParticipate in client meetings / conference callsProofread written work and online contentPrepare and review activity and status report for clientDevelop understanding of client’s internal organization, business and sectorWork with team on client strategiesAssist with content plansPlan and develop content for social media platformsKeep account team abreast of timeline and deadlinesParticipate in new business process, including research, audits, idea contribution and proposalpreparationUnderstanding of financial concepts at the project level, such as budgeting pricing structure (hourly,retainer, and fixed fee), over-servicing and profitability
Understand and participate in agency billing an invoicing structure.Ability to troubleshoot client budget issuesInternal – The People, The CompanyUnderstand internal operations and inter-team cooperationOversee work products of more junior staff to ensure quality and consistency.Coach and support junior staff, providing them opportunities for growthProvide ongoing, constructive feedback to junior staff consistently.Assist in recruiting, interviewing and selecting junior staffRecord and submit time, expenses and POs to the right project codes on a timely basis – ideally daily,but no later than weekly.
