Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary / STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of AR, AP and Payroll.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Responsibilities
Finance Assistant :
Ensure the smooth functioning of finance administrative support services.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.Monitor and track invoice payments, perform follow-ups on outstanding amounts, and maintain updated aging reportsStaff claims and payroll processing compliance with statutory requirementsAssist in withholding tax payment and documentationCoordinate with the company’s engaged financial services firmHuman Resource Management :
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals.Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure continuous employee growth.Monitor performance management systems, including KPI tracking and appraisals.Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Foster a positive and engaging work culture through employee engagement initiatives.Benefits
