JobBrief :

Responsible forshift production operation & activities to meet company'sobjective andKPI

JobResponsibilities :

Leadoverall job flow and activity of the team
Toensure the team achieves optimum productioncapacity.
To ensure the quality of product andtimely deliveries by the team meet requirements and ensure operatorfollow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) when perform theirtask.
Reviewing, updating and delegating workto respective operator on their dailyoperation.
To provide shift report compilation,such as production output, yield andabnormality.
To assist in developing efficientand cost-effective production method and machineutilization.
To assist in conducting 5'S andprocess check.
Train and develop operators toachieve higher level of machining and handlingskill.
To assist in providing solution,supervise and judge the performance and ability of theoperators.
Carry out and implement the ISO& RBA system and procedure.
To assistin monthly stock counting.
To carry out anyother duties as and whendirected.

JobRequirements :

Qualification : Min Diploma / Certificate in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering orequivalent

Experience : Preferably with morethan 1 year experience in manufacturing Plastic MouldingEnvironment

Skill : Process good leadership andcapability lead and supervise day to day productionactivities

Language : English and BahasaMelayu
