Looking for a Unit Head, Technical Support for a leading insurance company.

Your new role

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Providing guidance for technical support and maintaining operating systems, servers and networks
  • Ensuring reliability, functionality and security of data backup, recovery and disaster recovery systems
  • Managing IT assets, budget, documentation and vendors

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Computers Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as Infrastructure Lead and providing 2nd level support
  • Experiences in VMware, SAN Storage, Networks, Servers and Active Directory
  • Skilled in IT Governance and IT Resource Management
