Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Sales Management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to conduct thorough Market Analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Demonstrated skills in Business Development, including lead generation and opportunity qualification.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the frozen FMCG sector to grow market share and achieve sales targets.Conduct market analysis to monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and category performance, providing data-driven insights to improve sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and foodservice clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.Promote and sell brands under SGT's portfolio, including Tip Top, Kapiti, Ice Cream & Cookie Co, Farm Fresh Cream Haus, and Much Moore.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value of our products.Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track sales activities, and report performance metrics.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and timely deliveries.Benefits
