Responsibilities
The Account Services Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales growth through effective relationship management, upselling / cross-selling, and coordination between clients and internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Ensure timely delivery of products / services as per client agreements. Monitor account health, identify risks, and propose solutions to retain clients. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client needs. Assist in negotiating renewals and contract terms.
Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. Generate reports on account status, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
Gather client feedback and market trends to improve service offerings. Share insights with the marketing / sales team for strategy refinement.
