Job Brief
Weare seeking a Finance Clerk to join our finance team and assistwith the administrative tasks of our finance department. The dutiesof the successful candidate will include processing invoices,maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts, amongother financial and administrative tasks.
Theideal candidate should have excellent organizational andattention-to-detail skills and the ability to collaborateeffectively with other teammembers.
KeyTask :
- Process accounts payable andreceivable transactions, including coding and postinginvoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements andresolve any discrepancies.
- Assist withmonth-end and year-end financial closeprocesses.
- Maintain accurate financial recordsand filing systems.
- Prepare financial reportsas needed.
- Provide administrative support tothe finance department, including answering phone calls andresponding to emails.
- Other duties as assignedby the financemanager.

Candidate should possessa Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in All Business Field,Finance / Accountancy / BankingPreferably atleast 1 year of related workingexperience.Preferably specializing inAdministrative / Clerical or equivalent.Goodcommunication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken andwritten
