About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Webinar & Events Coordinator to manage and execute our webinar and event programs, with a focus on the Southeast Asia market. This role combines content planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and digital promotion to deliver high-impact, well-executed events—both virtual and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and manage webinars, expos, face-to-face events, and sponsorships—especially across Southeast Asia
  • Create and maintain critical event documents including timelines, budgets, and post-event reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and promotional support across all channels (website, social media, EDMs, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain the event and lead database; ensure data is shared with relevant departments and follow-up feedback is collected
  • Perform accurate lead tracking and ensure integrity of attendee and registration data
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during live webinars and virtual sessions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
  • Communicate effectively across departments
  • Travel interstate to support expos and trade shows as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in event and webinar coordination
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, GoToWebinar, Voov Meeting, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, Clicksend, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
  • Confident managing databases and CRM / event management software
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Can-do attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and events
