Minimum SPM qualification
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Conversational in Bahasa (reading, writing, speaking)
Willing to work 6 days per week (with rotational off-days)
Comfortable with rotational shifts (9 hours per shift, including break time)
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Must be able to work on-site in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri, JB

Key Responsibilities :
Manage inbound customer inquiries via calls, email, and live chat
Support customers with ride bookings, cancellations, fare issues, and app-related concerns
Deliver professional and effective solutions to customer queries
Coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure smooth service operations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Follow company guidelines, protocols, and service standards
Remuneration & Benefits :
Basic Salary : RM1,900 per month
Performance Incentives : Up to RM400 per month
Night Shift Allowance : Up to RM300 per month
EPF & SOCSO contributions included
Annual Leave : 12 days per year
Medical Leave : 14 days per year
Comprehensive Paid Training : 1 month
Free Shuttle Van Service (schedule provided prior to onboarding)
