REQUIREMENTSKnowledge in AccountRequired Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and exposure to working within a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to take initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multi-tasking at one time.Required Qualifications :
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Administration Work.
  • Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification and experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • IMMEDIATE availability will be added advantage.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIESJob Description :

  • Manage and coordinate office-related activities. This includes the maintenance of all office utilities and space.
  • Update and maintain data in customers' or clients' databases.
  • Maintaining a work environment by providing a good attitude.
  • Report directly to Branch Director
