Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage advertising campaigns  and sponsored content for both MNC and SME clients across more than 30 platforms within REV Media Group.
  • Manage overall timeline, budgeting, and performance  of campaigns and sponsored content, ensuring that all campaigns are launched on time, meet KPIs and stay within the allocated budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams , effectively coordinating and executing campaigns in a timely and flawless manner. Proactively address client needs and provide exceptional assistance when required throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Generate comprehensive campaign reports , conduct in-depth campaign analysis, and provide competitive reviews to clients. Deliver these reports in a clear and concise manner, offering valuable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Assist the company’s finance department to  recognize monthly revenue  by closely monitoring and optimizing the progress of campaigns. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and take necessary actions to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc tasks as they arise,  demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing unexpected projects or requests. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality

Requirements

  • Possess exceptional command of the English language, with additional proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia considered a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrate  strong teamwork and problem-solving skills,  fostering positive working relationships with colleagues and contributing to effective team dynamics. Proactively identify and address challenges, finding creative solutions to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Exhibit  excellent verbal and written communication skills , delivering clear and concise messages with impact. Effectively convey ideas, instructions, and feedback to clients and internal teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism and clarity in all communication channels.
  • Display  patience as a key trait , recognizing the importance of effective communication with numerous teams.
  • Possess  attention to detail , capable of identifying and rectifying potential issues while looking at the bigger picture. Ensuring that both the finer details and the overall campaign strategy align seamlessly.
  • Embrace adaptability and agility, responding promptly to changing responsibilities, expectations, industry trends, and evolving processes.  Thrive in a fast-paced environment , readily adjusting strategies and tactics to achieve optimal results in a dynamic media landscape.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to  work comfortably with numbers .
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of working experience in the media industry. Demonstrated passion for the field and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment will be highly valued.
