JobResponsibility :

  • Ability towork independently, prioritize tasks, and manage timeeffectively.
  • Integrity,professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential customerinformation.
  • Daily checking on customercredibility on whether customers entitled to rent ourproducts.
  • Reviewing documents for corporatecustomers to ensure the establishment is deemed fit with companypolicies.
  • Reducing collection & fraudrisk on customers with bankruptcy and multipledetails.
  • Ensuring the rental contract agreementis signed by the customer and attached as solidproof.
  • Review whether the customer is entitledto the number of units by monitoring collection history and CTOSscore checking.
  • Ensuring no fraud cases on eachorder with irregular sales.
  • Assist the serviceteam in reviewing documents such as SSM to determine whether theinstallation is suitable.
  • Ensuring paymentdetails are completed with payment proofattached.
  • Handle rental transferownership to those customers who wish to transfer their product toanotherowner.

JobRequirement :

  • Candidateshould possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in All BusinessFields,Economics,Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably, Iwould have at least 2 years of related workexperience.
  • Preferably undefined specializingin Finance / Banking / Insurance orequivalent.
  • Good communication skills inEnglish, and Malay language for both spoken andwritten
