Internship Tech System Implementor

Overview : The Tech System Implementor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth rollout of new systems by working closely with both the technical development team and the implementation team. This role is hands-on and practical — guiding, supporting, and executing deployment processes while ensuring that all stakeholders understand how to use the system effectively post-launch. Key Responsibilities :   -Implementation Support and Module Rollout Act as a key support lead for assigned modules or systems once they go live, similar to a key account manager for internal stakeholders. After the Project Manager has briefed key stakeholders, take over the hands-on implementation guidance by working directly with the operations or front-line teams. Ensure they understand how to use the system in real-world scenarios, address their questions, and support smooth adoption. -Technical Liaison Serve as a support bridge between the operations team and the development / technical team. Ensure accurate communication of requirements, issues, and updates. Translate technical configurations and backend setups into clear, practical steps the operations team can follow. -System Setup and Testing Participate in setting up staging and live environments, configuring user roles, permissions, and essential settings. Assist in conducting functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and trial runs to ensure the system works as intended before full deployment. Works closely with PM and test lead. -Team Guidance and Training Provide hands-on guidance to the operations or implementation team during onboarding and system rollout. Conduct walkthroughs, demo sessions, and live system usage support to ensure users understand processes and functions relevant to their roles. -Issue Escalation and Real-Time Support Monitor live implementation progress and address system issues on the ground. Log bugs or blockers clearly and work with the development team to troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate as needed. -Documentation and SOP Support Document deployment steps, system setup procedures, and implementation findings. Contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials tailored to actual operational workflows. -Post-Deployment Monitoring Support the team in the early adoption phase by monitoring system usage, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements. • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! -Preferably 6 - 12 months of internship duration. Minimum duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension based on performance. -Strong interest in systems implementation, digital transformation, or operations-tech integration.  -Basic understanding of how enterprise systems function. -Familiarity with system configuration, staging environments, or user acceptance testing is a plus. -Able to break down technical information into clear, actionable steps for non-technical users. -Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. -Eager to learn about systems implementation and digital operations. -Detail-oriented, especially in testing, documentation, and live troubleshooting.
