We’re looking for a meticulous andcreative Production Assistant / Producer to help us elevate our research writing, content andvideo outputs. This role involves content research, setpreparation, quality control, and other essential tasks. If you’redetail-oriented with a knack for quality assurance, we’d love tohave you onboard!

JobDescription :

Research Writing& Presentation SlidesDesign

Conduct researchto support content review and presentation development, ensuringmaterials are informative and engaging.
Writeand edit research-driven content and ensure all written content isclear, concise, and aligned with the brand’stone.
Develop and design engaging PowerPointpresentations that effectively communicate ideas anddata.

Video QualityControl (QC)

Reviewvideo for consistency, accuracy, and quality, including checkingtransitions, animations, andsynchronization.

Proofread scripts, captions,on-screen text to ensure accuracy.

Providedetailed feedback to editors to ensure videos meet project andbrandstandards.

Collaboration&Innovation

Collaboratewith designers, editors, and stakeholders to align visuals withwritten content.

Flexible and willing to takeon any other tasks or responsibilities that the Director mayrequire.

Requirements :

Preferred1-2 years experience in Journalist / Editor / Designer / Videoproduction.

Proficiency inEnglish & Mandarin writing is a must for bilingual contentcreation.

Freshgraduates arewelcomed.

Familiarity withKeynote and PowerPoint is essential.

Basicskills of Photoshop, Illustrator, and / or video editing softwaresuch as After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro will be an addedadvantage.

Interest in Chinese Metaphysics(Fengshui, Bazi, Qimen etc).

Ability to thrivein a fast-paced environment.

Experience orknowledge of live production will be anadvantage.
