Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum qualification : High school Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Business Administration or Sales are preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with SQL systems is a plus.

  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Responsibilities

    Administrative Duties :

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain company records and files.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Sales Support Duties :

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, invoices, and sales proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on leads.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse / logistics team for order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and SQL systems.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
