Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant, Clerk, or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and time management.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the Accounting Department in daily operations.Maintain and update the billing system; generate invoices and account statements.Process incoming payments and accurately record transactions.Handle client inquiries and communications via phone and email professionally.Maintain and organize accounts receivable files and documentation.Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in financial records.Assist with audits, internal checks, and data reconciliations.Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail processing.Benefits
