Requirements

  • Minimum education is Secondary School
  • Drives company vehicles for deliveries, pickups, and other errands
  • Ensures timely and safe transportation of goods and personnel.
  • Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs basic vehicle checks.
  • Assists with office administrative tasks.
  • Manages and organizes documents and files.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail / packages.
  • Performs basic data entry.
  • Assists with inventory management as needed.
  • Follows all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Maintains accurate records of deliveries and mileage.

Responsibilities

Driving Responsibilities :

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for various purposes (e.g., deliveries, pickups, errands, staff transportation).
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering Kuala Lumpur traffic conditions.
  • Ensure the secure loading and unloading of goods or materials, verifying quantities and conditions.
  • Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition (e.g., fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
  • Adhere strictly to all Malaysian road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details.
  • Handle cash or documents related to deliveries or collections securely.
  • Clerical / Administrative Responsibilities :

  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and couriers, ensuring proper distribution and dispatch.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks into company systems (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and initiating replenishment requests.
  • Provide support for basic clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues during pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.

  • Working hour would be as follows :

  • Monday to Friday - Time : 8.30AM - 8.30PM (Break time : 3 hours in between).
  • Saturday- Time : Standby Sunday / P.H- Time : Standby (OT)
  • Lunch- Time : 12.00PM - 2.00PM (1 hour in between)
