Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Target-driven, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Support the Sales Manager in team supervision, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide product knowledge, support, and training to the sales team.
  • Monitor industry trends and market activities to stay ahead of client needs and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
