JobDescription :
- Processingof delivery arrangement upon receiving of delivery note / requestfrom order management in a timelymanner.
- Coordinate with Logistic / 3PL team onshipment receiving, deliveries and movement ofgoods.
- Ensure complete and accurate billingsubmission to the finance department for paymentpurpose.
- Ensure all inbound & outbounddeliveries are updated in system.
- Continuousmonitoring and evaluating service provider’sperformance.
- Monitor warehouse overallperformance & barcode scanningsystem.
- Processing Sales Return Orders uponreceiving the return cargo.
- Act as System UATprocessor.
- Perform any other related duties asand when directed by yourSuperior.
JobRequirement :
Candidateshould possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in AllBusiness FieldPreferably specializing inPurchasing / Procurement / Inventory orequivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged toapplyGood communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken andwrittenSoftware using : SAPSOFTWARE
