The Warehouse ServiceAdministrator will be based at the branch office and overseeinventory management, order coordination and administrativeprocesses to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This roleensures system accuracy, smooth order processing, and efficientcoordination of inventory audits, internal audits, logistics, andwarehouse activities.
Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Management& StockControl
- Manage daily inbound andoutbound stock movements withaccuracy
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcilediscrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock placementand adherence to warehouse organizationstandards
- Maintain inventory records and updatewarehousesystems
2. Order Processing &Logistic
Manage stock requests andreturns (including usedparts)Oversee order tracking and ensure timelycompletionAddress order discrepancies promptly tominimizedelays3. Administrative &ComplianceTasks
Prepare and submit monthlyutility bills, ME claims (tools, mileage, tolls, subsidy) andoperational receiptsMaintain accurate logistics andservice operation recordsEnsure compliance with internalpolicies and externalaudits4. Forecasting &Reporting
Perform inventory forecasting tomeet operational demands.Generate weekly and monthlyinventory performancereports.Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure systemaccuracy.5. Cross-TeamCoordination
Act as a liaison betweenwarehouse, branch andstakeholdersProvide administrative supportto branch leadershipAssist in resolving operationalissues efficiently andproactivelyJobRequirement :
Education : Diploma / Degree in Logistics,Supply Chain Management, or a relatedfield.Experience : Atleast 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations orinventory management.Familiarity with inventorymanagement systems and Microsoftexcel
