Responsibilities :

  • Lead the quality assurance effort in testing and evaluation of the precision and accuracy of products in order to meet product specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Ensure inspection & testing being carried out during incoming and outgoing, and coordinate with production to minimize product non-conformances
  • Assure manufacturing problems are quickly identified, documented and actions are taken to repair, monitor and prevent reoccurrence
  • Monitoring and ensure proper training of QA personnel to upgrade their knowledge
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining an effective QA / QC program, e.g. QA sampling system to ensure full compliance to ISO requirements
  • Ensure standards, manuals and forms are current and relevant
  • Liaise to external parties on matters regarding ISO requirements
  • Liaise with customer on quality matter.
  • Work with department head to ensure all ISO requirements are fully complied
  • Lead management review meetings.
  • Follow up on NCR / CAR / Master Sample and to ensure quality services of company
  • QC Tools and ensure maintenance of equipment calibration control system.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a minimum Degree or higher Qualification in relevant field such as Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in rigid plastic packaging and strong knowledge in using tooling equipment such as callipers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.
  • Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 1.00pm.
