Responsibilities :
- Lead the quality assurance effort in testing and evaluation of the precision and accuracy of products in order to meet product specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Ensure inspection & testing being carried out during incoming and outgoing, and coordinate with production to minimize product non-conformances
- Assure manufacturing problems are quickly identified, documented and actions are taken to repair, monitor and prevent reoccurrence
- Monitoring and ensure proper training of QA personnel to upgrade their knowledge
- Assist in implementing and maintaining an effective QA / QC program, e.g. QA sampling system to ensure full compliance to ISO requirements
- Ensure standards, manuals and forms are current and relevant
- Liaise to external parties on matters regarding ISO requirements
- Liaise with customer on quality matter.
- Work with department head to ensure all ISO requirements are fully complied
- Lead management review meetings.
- Follow up on NCR / CAR / Master Sample and to ensure quality services of company
- QC Tools and ensure maintenance of equipment calibration control system.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a minimum Degree or higher Qualification in relevant field such as Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.3 – 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in rigid plastic packaging and strong knowledge in using tooling equipment such as callipers.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia.Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 1.00pm.
