Key Responsibilities
Assisted in the procurement of raw materials, office supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Issued purchase orders (POs) and followed up with suppliers on order confirmations, deliveries, and discrepancies.
Maintained accurate records of price lists, supplier data, and PO tracking in procurement systems or Excel.
Worked closely with the warehouse and accounts team to verify goods received and resolve any issues with quantity or quality.
Conducted basic supplier sourcing and price comparison to support cost-saving initiatives.
Supported in preparing monthly procurement reports and helped monitor inventory levels for reordering.
Ensured compliance with internal purchasing procedures and documented all related transactions properly.
Requirements :
Around 1-2 years experience is suitable; fresh graduate also welcomed.
Procurement systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, ERP systems basic user level)
Basic knowledge of sourcing and negotiation
Communication and coordination with vendors and internal departments
