Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Materials / Manufacturing Engineering
Basic English reading / writing skills
6+ years process engineering experience in manufacturing
Proficient in CAD / CAM engineering software
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
Able to work in production environment

Responsibilities

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for new products

Develop and improve production fixtures to enhance efficiency

Prepare work instructions and technical standards

Troubleshoot process issues on production line

Optimize processes to reduce production costs
