- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration & HR or equivalent are required.
- At least SPM / Diploma are required.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach.
- Required Language : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A team player who is adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies, documents, and filing systems (digital & physical).Manage and execute daily administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow within the office environment and project needs.To handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as requiredSupport travel arrangements and event coordination when needed.Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.Ensure confidentiality and effective communication with Managing Director at all times.HR Duties
Assist with arranging recruitment interviewsTo assist prepare for HR documents such as warning letters, and memos.To assist in the implementation of HR policies, set-up Company Handbook in accordance with the Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.Help coordinate staff onboarding, training, welfare activities and staff exit process.Assist in employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, and basic counselling when necessary.Perform other HR ad-hoc tasks as required.Benefits
