KeyResponsibilities

• QualityAssurance andControl
• Develop and implement QC procedures,standards, and specifications.
• Perform inspections, tests, and measurementson raw materials, work-in-progress, and finishedgoods.
• Investigate andresolve quality issues and productnon-conformances.
• Ensurecompliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, andregulatoryguidelines.
• TestingandDocumentation
• Conduct routine and special testing inalignment with product specifications.
• Document inspection findings and createdetailed quality reports.
• Maintain records of calibration andinspectionequipment.
• CollaborationandCommunication
• Work with the production team to improvemanufacturing processes.
• Provide training to operators on qualityrequirements and best practices.
• Communicate with suppliers to addressmaterial qualityissues.
• ContinuousImprovement
• Analyze quality data and identify trends toimprove processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis andimplement corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
• Contribute to process improvement projectsto enhance product quality and reducewaste.
