Job Description

• Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related problems such as quality excursions, manufacturing excellence and cost improvement.
• Responsible to perform exploratory data analysis from different data sources and correlate with APC modelling to find out the best variables
• Coordinate and implement Fault Detection (FD), Prediction and Run-to-Run modelling to manufacturing process related problems.
• Responsible to setup ETL pipeline for data integration from different sources to databases.
• Support SPC / FDC / RMS / APC implementation together with cross functional stakeholders
• Responsible to verify data for completeness and model effectiveness.
• Develop machine learning (ML) applications according to requirements.
• Responsible to document all analysis in documentation page and ensure the information is up to date.
• Responsible to queries for information either using SQL / NoSQL / Python / etc and access relevant files.
• Handling additional duties from time to time
