Job Description :

To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of the department in ensuring department objective and key results are met through the effective utilization of resources with the ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction.
Motivation of subordinates towards self-improvement and better job performance.

Job Requirement :

Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Master in overall Planning & Purchasing System and process to suit to business processes

Good in Business Planning to maintain and fulfill customer order

Familiar with government rules such as Custom Malaysia

Master in inventory system for all type of materials (direct, indirect materials, accessories etc)

Knowledge in Physical Count and reconciliation

Analytical thinking and effective problem solving

Familiar with Code of Conduct and Code of Interest

Good in negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills

Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates as well as managing the department

Able to formulate, evaluate and propose short, medium and long term strategy to attain company’s goal and objective

Able to convey and get buy in on goals and expectations

Full Time position basein Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
