Job description

Key Responsibilities :

EPM Cloud Configuration & Build : Lead the technical configuration and build of various Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning (EPBCS / PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and potentially others like Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS).
Technical Solution Delivery : Drive the end-to-end technical delivery of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to client requirements.
Scripting & Automation : Develop and implement technical components such as business rules, calculation scripts, MaxL scripts, data management routines (Data Management / FDMEE), Groovy scripts, and EPM Automate for data integration and process automation.
Integration Development : Design and implement robust data integration solutions between Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion and source systems (ERP, GL, etc.) using various methods (e.g, Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs).
Data Model Design : Contribute to the technical design of financial data models, hierarchies, and dimensions within the EPM applications to support business requirements.
Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization : Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for EPM Cloud and Hyperion applications, diagnosing complex issues related to performance, data integrity, and functionality, and implementing optimization strategies.
Client Technical Engagement : Work directly with clients across India and Malaysia as a primary technical point of contact, understanding their needs, translating them into technical designs, and providing technical support and guidance.
Conducting technical demonstrations of EPM Cloud capabilities, preparing detailed technical sections for proposals and RFPs, and sizing technical efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, project managers, and client teams to design smart, scalable, and technically sound EPM solutions.

What We're Looking For :

5-8 years of hands-on technical experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud modules (specifically Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and / or FCCS) and / or Oracle Hyperion (Essbase, Planning, HFM).

Strong techno-functional skills : Proven ability in technical configuration, data loading, scripting (Business Rules, Groovy, MaxL, EPM Automate), and integration within the Oracle EPM ecosystem.

Solid grasp of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation principles.

Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with SQL and understanding of database concepts.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, client-facing environment
