Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead business growth in the logistics and oil & gas sectors across assigned markets.
The BDM will work closely with country leadership and sector specialists to develop and execute targeted growth strategies, ensuring service excellence and competitive advantage in high-demand, high-impact industries.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, project logistics, and the operational challenges faced by clients in the oil & gas sector. A strong network, commercial mindset, and proven leadership in business development are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement strategic plans to grow market share in the logistics and oil & gas sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, particularly in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Engage in the full business development cycle—from lead generation and RFQ participation to deal closure and contract negotiation.
- Develop tailored logistics solutions for complex oil & gas supply chain needs, including project cargo and charter operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular performance reviews, operational updates, and strategic discussions.
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with country and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Lead and support local business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and align team objectives with strategic goals.
- Identify commercial and operational risks and work with management to mitigate them.
- Ensure all business activities adhere to internal controls, legal standards, and industry regulations.
