Preschool Teacher

• Key Responsibilities :
• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and collaboration.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing individualized attention and support to meet their unique needs.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
• Utilize applicable system automation and business solution software to enhance classroom management and administrative tasks.
• Qualifications :
• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Demonstrate fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, a passion for collaborative teamwork, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability to change, with the ability to pivot and find alternative solutions when faced with new challenges.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate unexpected situations or conditions effectively.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, bringing fresh perspectives and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
