Site Supervisor

About the role

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor role is a pivotal position within HTY Construction (M) Sdn Bhd. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of construction projects. This is a full‑time position and may involve relocation depending on project operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Monitoring site safety, quality, productivity and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
• Identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines and budgets
• Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports to the Site Manager
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Providing on‑the‑job training and mentorship to less experienced members of the construction crew
