And you are responsible for …

Lead Algorithm Research and Design : Take ownership of researching and designing the core trading algorithms. This includes backtesting, validating, and iterating on strategies to ensure they align with our systematic and risk-conscious trading philosophy.

Architect and Develop Trading Systems : Lead the design and development of the entire bot trading ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating a scalable, reliable, and secure platform that supports both our in-house trading and educational initiatives.

Collaborate with Developer : Work closely with a team of developers to translate your designs and algorithms into production-ready code. You will provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure the successful implementation of new trading functions.

Optimize Performance and Operations : Continuously monitor the performance of our trading bots, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for tweaking and optimizing bot performance to ensure peak efficiency and profitability.

So cool, so what’s the requirement?

Deep Market Knowledge : A strong understanding of financial markets, including technical indicators, trading patterns, and the fundamentals of equities. Familiarity with Forex and cryptocurrencies is a significant advantage.

Algorithmic and Quantitative Aptitude : A passion for dissecting and understanding algorithms. You should enjoy breaking down complex trading strategies into their fundamental principles and exploring how different indicators and models work.

Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python or another programming language is a must. You should be able to translate complex logical concepts into clear, functional code.

Hands-on Backtesting Experience : Direct experience with backtesting concepts, including understanding common bottlenecks and challenges. You should have built your own systems and possess a proven ability to systematize the backtesting process for efficiency and accuracy.

Research and Problem-Solving Skills : A resourceful, "out-of-the-box" thinker who loves to conduct research and find innovative solutions to complex problems. You should be proactive in exploring new methodologies and tools.

Strong Communication and Collaboration : Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. You must be able to work effectively across multiple teams, including developers, educators, and traders, to drive product success.

Adaptability and Digital Literacy : As we are a digital education company, you must be digitally literate and adaptable to a rapidly changing technology landscape. We provide opportunities to learn new skills and expect you to contribute to our digital transformation.
