Territory Sales Manager – Malaysia (Construction / Building Materials / MNC)
Our client is an MNC specializing in manufacturing and supplying building materials solutions to various construction markets. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Malaysia market.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and visit Owners, Consultants and Contractors in the data center space to promote Products / Systems for piping and fittings applications
- Pursue and obtain acceptance in specifications of Products / Systems by Owners, Consultants and Contractors
- Promote Products in the territory through seminars, training, technical literature and onsite technical support
- Manage local distributors and ensure proper information flow and maintenance
- Visit job sites and follow up the installation process with contractors; train contractor personnel in usage and installation
- Provide weekly reports on activities and marketing intelligence in the territory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in relevant studiesMinimum 5 years of professional sales experience in mechanical-based products / systems solutions for the construction marketStrong communication skills and professional appearance; high proficiency in written and spoken EnglishSelf-motivated, independent, aggressive, objective-driven and results-orientedSeniority
