Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

TCT Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Butterworth, Penang. As a full-time Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and quality control of our construction projects. This is a key leadership role that will have a direct impact on the success of our construction endeavours.

What you\'ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Provide guidance and training to junior site supervisors and construction workers.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, productivity and any incidents or accidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness on site.
• Able to prepare RFI, technical queries, application for EOT and etc.
