Position Overview
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) in our Cloud and IT Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing project activities, controlling project scope, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will help us drive the successful execution of high-impact projects, contributing to our strategic objectives and enhancing our operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Project Management :
- Manage project activities related to IT implementation, system upgrades, configuration, and development.
- Control project scope, resources, timeline, and quality to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Lead a hybrid-agile approach to project management with team members from multiple countries.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation
Change Management :
Oversee day-to-day project management activities across multiple workstreams.Conduct business requirements mapping and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Assist in change management activities including training sessions and necessary communications.Agile Transformation :
Lead agile transformation initiatives within business units, assessing customer journeys and designing To-Be operating models.Support the Agile Centre of Expertise in transitioning to agile methodologies.Team Leadership and Coaching :
Coach and facilitate Solution Design Labs for Insurance Agents Distribution teams.Guide teams through the Design Thinking process, fostering collaboration and innovation.Technology Evaluations :
Conduct technology evaluations and selections to support the establishment of a new Digital Bank.Liaise with counterparts and consultants in day-to-day project management activities.Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives.Strong project management skills with a successful track record in project delivery.In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and technology assessments.Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
