Job descriptionOversee day-to-day project management activities across multiple workstreams. Conduct business requirements mapping and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist in change management activities including training sessions and necessary communications. Lead agile transformation initiatives within business units, assessing customer journeys and designing To-Be operating models. Support the Agile Centre of Expertise in transitioning to agile methodologies. Coach and facilitate Solution Design Labs for Insurance Agents Distribution teams. Guide teams through the Design Thinking process, fostering collaboration and innovation. Conduct technology evaluations and selections to support the establishment of a new Digital Bank. Liaise with counterparts and consultants in day-to-day project management activities. Proven experience in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives. Strong project management skills with a successful track record in project delivery. In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and technology assessments. Excellent leadership and coaching abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus.
