Job description

職責

  • 執行部門政策並確保全面採用和遵守工作流程或標準作業程序。
  • 負責電子商務營運任務，包括在我們的電子商務平台內列出產品、處理訂單、跟進退貨、活動規劃和管理、報告等。
  • 評估和分析活動效果並找出增加轉換的機會。
  • 及時回應客戶詢問，處理投訴，提供適當的解決方案和替代方案，並跟進以確保解決。
  • 與行銷團隊聯絡，制定有效的線上策略並推動商店流量。
  • 執行行政和部門支援活動。
  • 實現管理階層設定的部門每月毛利目標。
  • 在需要時承擔任何臨時任務。

要求

  • 應徵者必須至少擁有電子商務、行銷、工商管理或同等專業的文憑 / 學士學位。
  • 擁有相關領域的工作經驗將更有優勢。
  • 能夠獨立工作，承擔全部責任，並接受最低限度的監督。
  • 有組織、溝通能力強、時間管理能力出色。
  • 高水準的概念、分析和解決問題的能力。
  • 態度積極，有上進心，有責任心。
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
