Responsibilities
Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment where every child feels valued. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that align with early childhood education standards. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play-based learning. Use a variety of instructional strategies and materials to engage students and meet diverse learning needs. Observe and assess student progress; maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to parents. Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership to support each child’s growth. Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and classroom activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (required). Teaching certification / license (preferred or required based on your region). Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with children in a classroom setting, preferably in kindergarten or early years. Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices. Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills. A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with young children. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
